County/POA Rules and Regulations Reminders

The following is a list of rules and regulations that are commonly disregarded or unknown to members.

ATV/Snowmobile/Motorcycle use:
Use of any ATV or Snowmobile, and unlicensed motorcycles (dirt bikes) is prohibited on any public access roads within the county.
(All roads within Arabian Acres are public access roads)
We have received numerous complaints on this issue and have forwarded them onto the Sheriff's office (code enforcement).

Horses/Livestock:
While our covenants allow for a max of 1 horse on any lot, county regulations state that you must have at least 1 acre of land for the first horse, and 1/2 acre for every horse over that. Since most lots in Arabian Acres are 3/4 of an acre, a horse would not be allowed by the county.

Pets
Dogs (or any other pets), are not allowed to roam free within the subdivision. They must be leashed or fenced in.

Tree Removal
Per our covenants, removal of trees is prohibited, unless it is for new construction, or for fire mitigation purposes.

If you know of anyone in violation of any of the above rules/regulations, you can contact the Teller County Sheriffs Office, code enforcement-Frank Scofield.
