concerning the "AAPOA" By Laws, Covenants, Dues and Fees (See Covenants) for the Association,

Quick reference:
*Yearly POA dues are $50.
*Construction clean-up deposit is $1000 for all new homes built.
*All new residents must be given a copy of our by-laws and covenants at closing.
*All new residents must be given a copy of our Covenant Sign-off sheet, and they must sign it at closing, and this document must be provided to us.
*Title company is to provide the AAPOA with a copy of the warranty deed after closing.
