AAPOA BOARD MEETING

OLD BUSINESS/MANAGERS
REPORT:
1) New Residents:
a. Matthew Lewis – 297 Banner Trl.
b. Eric Brashears – 77 Silver Trl.
c. Dunn – 221 Tidi Rd.
d. James & Yvonne Nash – 45 La Abu Trl.
e. Jason Anderson – 177 Donzi Trl.
2) Amended & Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants and By Laws for the POA have been filed with the Clerk and Recorders Office. These documents can be viewed on the POA’s website at aapoa.org.
TREASURER’S REPORT:
1) Balance $9,544.66 ($3,000 in construction fees)
2) Both
Directors’ & Operators insurance and the liability insurance has been paid
for the year.

second billing notices went out for this years dues.
NEW BUSINESS:
1) Motion made by President Sue Thomas to remove the admin fee of $75 from the billing that is sent to the title companies when a new property is purchased. All in agreement, motion carried. Starting as of July 21st, 2007 the $75 admin fee will no longer be charged to new owners. Also if dues have already been paid on a property for a fiscal year and the property sells, the new owners will not be charged dues again until the next billing cycle of June 1st.
2) With the filing of the Amended & Restated Covenants, property owners who were previously non-paying members have now been billed for dues. Motion made by Vice President Linda Strum to give these members a 90 grace period to pay before sending out a second notice with a late charge. Tammy Thoe second the motion, all agreed, motion carried.
1) Meeting minutes and agendas will be posted to the POA website. Agendas will be posed a week before the monthly meetings and the minutes will be posted within a week after a monthly meeting.
2) Pond clean up is scheduled for August 4th starting at 8:30am. The area around the pond and the pond itself will be cleaned. The POA needs volunteers to come lend a hand. If interested and able to help, please show up at the pond around 8:30am

The POA annual picnic will be held at the pond on
August 12th at 11:00am to rain. It will be a potluck. The POA will
supply hamburgers, hotdogs and soft drinks. We are asking that a salad of some
sort or a desert be brought to the picnic. We will be having a fishing contest
for a first, second and third place for the biggest fish and we will also have
a fish fund jar to help restock the pond. All property owners are welcome to
attend. This will be a great time to meet your neighbors.
No board meeting for August due to the annual picnic that will be held August 12th at the pond 11:00am to rain
