OLD BUSINESS/MANAGERS
REPORT:
1) New Property Owners:
a) David Crose & Donald Van Vleck – 151 Denwood
2) POA has found someone to build new bulletin boards. Two new boards have been placed on the bus stop, which are pad locked. Please contact the board to unlock if anyone is wanting to post something. We are not limiting what residents can post. We have had some problems with the grade school children messing around with these boards and removing information that is posted.
3) One property that has a lien due to delinquent dues, has paid and the lien will be removed.
TREASURER’S REPORT:
1) Balance $7,249.15 ($3,000 in construction fees)
2) Payments: $62.19 for quarterly payment on the postage meter, $1000 clean up deposit refunded to Kelly Brubaker on 45 Sildona & $390 pd for the construction of the new bulletin boards.
NEW BUSINESS:
1) Code Enforcement has been contacted regarding the property at the entrance, 187 Denwood. Owners moved out and left the property trashed. Code Enforcement has located the owners and requested the property be cleaned within 30 days. We ask that no other residents attempt to go onto that property to pick up any debris. Let Code Enforcement take care of the issue.
2) The board will be contacting a lawyer with questions in assisting with the new covenants that is still in progress. Linda Strum offered to assist in going around and gathering the signatures that are still needed on the petition.
3) The board will be trying to contact the title company’s to see if we can have a document inserted with other closing documents to be signed by the new buyers stating that they have received the covenants and are aware that they will be paying annual dues.
4)
POA Newsletter is in the works and will be mailed out
shortly.
5)
Sue Thomas motioned that the POA make a donation to the
new hospital of $100. Motion carried. The new hospital will be done in August.
