AAPOA BOARD MEETING

January 20, 2007

Place: 23 Sildona

Attendance: Sue Thomas, Tammy Thoe, Sandy & Rick Zuniga

OLD BUSINESS/MANAGERS REPORT:

1) New Property Owners:

a) Skinner – 243 Donzi Trail

TREASURER’S REPORT:

1) Balance $8,368.16 ($4,000 in construction fees)

NEW BUSINESS:

1) POA is looking for someone who owns a plow that will clear and keep clear the snow from in front of the mail boxes and bus stop. If anyone is interested in making some extra money during the winter please contact the board at manager@aapoa.org.

2) The POA may have found someone to build a memo board by the mail boxes. We’ll keep you posted.

3) POA is currently working on the 2007 budget.

WELCOMING COMMITTEE:

1) Most of the welcome bags have been delivered. There are 4 left.

Next board meeting February 17^th, 6:00pm at 23 Sildona.
